You’re in safe hands when you R.I.D.E. with us

At Outdoor Experience Factory, we are all about creating fun and exciting adventures for you to enjoy with family, friends and colleagues.

But our first responsibility is to ensure that you and other riders and passengers are safe. We take this responsibility very seriously, and we require all riders and passengers to agree to follow our R.I.D.E. guidelines while enjoying our experiences.

We also care deeply for the environment that provides the playground where our experiences take place. Without it, there would be no fun for anyone! Our focus is on enjoying the natural environment while ensuring we maintain it for future riders and passengers to enjoy.

Our safety and care guidelines are called R.I.D.E. and we request that you read and understand them before setting off on your adventure with us.

Here’s to a fun and safe time for everyone!

If you respect yourself and others, you will:

  • Follow the rules

  • Follow all instructions

  • Listen to your guide

  • Travel at safe speeds

We encourage you to use common sense while riding with us by:

  • Being aware of your surroundings at all times

  • Keeping a safe distance from other people and vehicles

  • Always wearing a helmet (driver and passenger)

  • Wearing the right protective gear, and encouraging others to do the same – that includes protective eyewear, sturdy footwear, gloves, long sleeved shirts and full length pants

  • Wearing a seatbelt

  • Having the correct driver license

While we DO want you to have a lot of fun, there are some DON’Ts you need to observe:

  • Don’t ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs (driver and passenger)

  • Don’t allow children to operate adult size vehicles

  • Don’t take your vehicle outside areas where your guide is taking you

  • Don’t stray from the group – remember, safety in numbers!

Mother nature has provided us with a wonderful playground, so we should show her respect by:

  • Not littering – we take our rubbish with us and dispose of it in a bin

  • Being aware of and caring for local plants and wildlife

  • Using vehicles that comply with environmental regulations

We thank you for your co-operation in following our R.I.D.E. guidelines to make sure you and your fellow riders and passengers have the best possible experience that is also safe for everyone.
